Volunteer from Belgium | ベルギーからのボランティア
This time I’d like to introduce a volunteer that came two years ago: Augustin, from Belgium.
今回は、２年前にベルギーからボランティアとして来てくれた、オーガスティンをご紹介したいと思います。
He was interested in agriculture, and he was always working hard and having fun.
At Yakushima Senvus Village he helped us with weeding, pruning, harvesting passion fruit and general maintenance.
彼は農業に興味があり、いつも楽しく、一所懸命に作業をしていました。
屋久島センバスビレッジでは、草取りや剪定、パッションフルーツの収穫、メンテナンス全般を手伝ってくれました。
At Yakushima Ohzora High School, he helped the students with their English, and practiced his Japanese with them.
屋久島おおぞら高等学校では、生徒たちが英語を学ぶお手伝いをしたり、彼らと一緒に日本語の練習をしたりしました。
