外国人ボランティア

The volunteer taught yoga to students at Yakushima Ohzora High School.
My body is so hard that it hurt all the time.
But after yoga, I felt very good.
Yoga in Yakushima may be exceptional.
If we have a chance, we will try it outside next time.
ボランティアスタッフが、屋久島おおぞら高等学校で、生徒達にヨガを教えてくれました。
私は、体がとてもかたいので、終始痛かったです。
しかし、ヨガの後は、とても気持ちが良かったです。
屋久島でのヨガは格別かもしれません。
もし機会があれば、外でやってみようと思います。
