Another beautiful flower to enjoy during Spring at Yakushima Senvus Village is the “Egonoki” or “Japanese snowbell”.
春の季節、「屋久島センバスビレッジ」で楽しめる美しい花のひとつに、 「エゴノキ」があります。
The Japanese snowbell is native to China, Japan and Korea; and blooms delicate bell-shaped white flowers with a slightly sweet fragrance.
「エゴノキ」は、中国、日本、韓国が原産で、ほのかに甘い香りのする、つりがね型の白い繊細な花を咲かせます。
This beautiful flower grows wild in Yakushima, so you can have fun looking for them. ^^
