Toroki Waterfall | トローキの滝
This time we want to introduce you to “Toroki-no-taki”, or “Toroki Waterfall”.
Toroki-no-taki is a rare waterfall in Yakushima that falls directly into the sea.
今回は 「トローキの滝」 をご紹介したいと思います。屋久島にある「トローキの滝」は、海に直接流れ落ちる、珍しい滝です。
It’s only 7km from Yakushima Senvus Village, and since you just have to follow a short, few minutes path from the street to get to the observatory, it is very easy to access.
「屋久島センバスビレッジ」からわずか7キロ、展望台へは県道から数分で行けるので、アクセスも簡単です。
The Mt. Mocchomu in the back, the contrasting red bridge, the waterfall clashing and joining the sea with the mix of greens behind make a beautiful and unusual sight.
奥に見えるモッチョム岳に、対照的な赤い橋、滝がぶつかり合って海に合流し、背景の緑が混じり、美しくも非日常的な光景を作り出しています。
