Louise and Magdalena | ルイーズとマグダレナ
On January of 2019 we were welcoming Louise, from Australia, and Magdalena, from Poland, as volunteers at Yakushima Senvus Village.
2019年1月、ボランティアとして、オーストラリアから「ルイーズ」、ポーランドから「マグダレナ」を「屋久島センバスビレッジ」に迎えました。
They helped us with various tasks at Yakushima Senvus Village, like harvesting island’s mandarin orange and general maintenance; and participated in various activities with students of Yakushima Ohzora High School.
屋久島センバスビレッジでは、「島ミカン」の収穫作業やメンテナンス全般を手伝ってくれました。そして、「屋久島おおぞら高等学校」の生徒たちと、さまざまな活動を一緒に行いました。
They both speak really good Japanese, and are very friendly, which helped them interact with our staff and students freely and make the best of their experience.
二人とも日本語がとても上手だったので、自由に、とてもフレンドリーにスタッフや生徒と交流し、経験を生かしてくれました。
We share these memories fondly, and look forward to the day we can meet again. ^^
私たちはこの楽しい思い出を共有し、また会える日を楽しみにしています。^^
