The “Aroma Water Mill” which was designed and built by Hidehiro Nose | 野瀬 秀拓さん設計・建設「香りの水車」

This is one of the buildings symbolizing “Yakushima Senvus Village”, the “Aroma Water Mill”!
これは「屋久島センバスビレッジ」を象徴する建物の１つ、「香りの水車」です！

This “Aroma Water Mill” is designed and built by Hidehiro Nose who is a water mill expert .
この「香りの水車」は、水車機巧師である野瀬 秀拓さんに設計・建築していただきました。

On the first floor, you can use the power of the water wheel to polish rice.
１階では、水車の力を利用して精米をすることができます。

On the second floor, you can also have an “essential oil experience” with an essential oil machine that extracts aroma oil.
２階では、アロマオイルを抽出する精油機での「精油体験」もできます。

There is a flowering plant called “Lotus japonicus” (you can’t see it now in this picture) in the surrounding area.
周辺には（今は見えませんが）「ミヤコグサ」という草花があります。

Yellow pretty flowers will bloom in the coming season.
もうすぐ、黄色い可憐な花々が咲き始めます。
