Heart in the Herb Garden ｜ハーブ園の中のハート

The new herb shoots in the “Scent Garden” at Yakushima Senvus Village have sprouted, turning the landscape a vibrant, youthful green.
『屋久島センバスビレッジ』の「香りの庭」でも、ハーブの新芽が芽吹いて若々しい色に変わりました。

The herbs in our Scent Garden are deeply connected to daily life, from culinary uses to natural healing.
「香りの庭」のハーブは、料理に使ったり傷を癒すのに使ったり、人々の生活と関わりの深いハーブを多く育てています。

These beneficial herbs can be enjoyed as tea or used to season your favorite dishes. For instance, the Winter Savory pictured here is a wonderful match for pork.
体に良いハーブは、ハーブティーとして飲むだけでなく料理の味付けにも使うことができて、たとえば写真の「ウインターセイボリー」は豚肉料理によく合います。

It is the perfect season to enjoy early summer herbs through taste, fragrance, and sight.
味も香りも見た目でも、初夏のハーブが楽しめる季節です。
